These albums are recorded on direct-to-disc DuoDisc aluminum-base records. This type of recording medium is considered very fragile and unstable. These recordings have been transferred using special phonograph styli improving sound quality. In spite of this the sound quality is only as good as the recordings themselves, please consider that these recordings are many decades old.
